About this property
Pleasant holiday home close to beaches
- Located in the heart of the Medoc, between ocean, forest and vineyards in the village of Vensac, new independent house with a large private garden of 1500 m2. You will appreciate its large living room bathed in light including a kitchen with center island, a dining room and a lounge with leather sofa. The house has 3 bedrooms (one 140 bed, a bed 160 and 2 beds 90), one with private shower room, a large room of water, a toilet, with a pantry / laundry room. Two terraces are also available to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. The second north, more intimate, will be conducive to to relax and unwind with a spa (optional extra) and the relaxation lounge. For a stay in all simplicity, sheets, toilet line and table linen are included in the price. Heating heat pump. Provision of 4 bikes for adults and loan baby equipment on request (cot, bath, high chair). Possibility of cleaning at end of stay (60 €).
