  • In the heart of the real Venice, on the sunny side of Rio di Cannaregio, close to bars and restaurants, this bespoken property mix the past of an marine engines factory with '700 and industrials furniture. The 6.5 metres of height of the ceiling are stunning, with two 1700's huge Venetian lamps hanged on old beams. Every comfort is available, including fiber and a smart tv with Netflix and Prime . The ice machine is there to help you with your gin&tonic! Shops nearby, the boat stop just few minutes away ( also to the airport), just 10 minutes walking from the station, make this spot the pleasant one. It s in the middle of life but still quite and not too touristic. The property is organised for up to 8 persons, write for further infos.
