Lovely little hotel

I was very impressed with the variety of choices for breakfast. The woman who helped with the service was very friendly and helpful. The man who checked me in helped me with a predicament that I was in and mailed a package for me. All was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the pillows were hard.

The staffs worked in front desk and breakfast restaurant are very friendly. They also offered us hot water whenever we had special request for it. Very convenient place to travel to Venice 2 minutes walking to a bus stop.

Hotel Roma is a charming traditional hotel conveniently located for day trips into Venice. It was very clean and well kept. There isn't much in the surrounding area to do, but the hotel offer tickets for nearby transport options.

Amazing experience at the hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt safe in this hotel as they lock the door at night. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Feels like home to stay here. The location is not walkable to the train station but there are buses nearby that go straight to Venice. Overall, amazed by the hotel and the great value.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location wasn’t the greatest (not the best place to walk around), but we chose this place to save some money and it was worth it. We had an excellent meal at a local restaurant close by. We would recommend this place to people visiting Venice. It was an easy bus ride into Venice.

Perfect boutique hotel!

Loved the stay here at Hotel Roma, the room was very clean and the breakfast was to die for (loved the fact they gave us a whole jug when we asked for latte) If you’re coming to Venice dont bother going to the island and stay a bit on the outskirts. The bust stop is 5 mins away and youre in Venice in 15mins. 100% would recommend, thanks a lot to the staff for making it an enjoyable stay!

It’s a small hotel with a colonial style . It has everything you need for a short stay . It offers breakfast and public transportation is available few minutes from it. The public bus takes you directly to Venice. The staff were very friendly (Ramiro and Stephania) and very helpful when asking for directions and places to eat . They gave us the opportunity to buy the bus tickets at the hotel for Venice and when leaving to the train station .

The property was close to public transportation and the receptionist "Robert" was great. He explained in detail how to travel to Venice by city bus and how to get around by city boat. The breakfast was great, boiled eggs, breads, yogurt, fruits, cereal, juice, coffee etc. There was also a laundry mat right across the street. That was great as we were on our 2nd week of travel. Local restaurant "il Giardinetto" and "Gigi" were casual and great as well as Marciano's pub. Overall, this was our favorite city and stay.

I was surprised I liked this property as much as I did. It’s in a quiet area right across from a laundromat and only an 18 minute walk from Venezia Mestre station. You can take the 6 bus to the hotel which will only require a five minute walk thereafter. There’s a few dining options near by. Access into Venice only required a five minute walk to the bus stop to catch the 6. One way was 1.50 Euro. The hotel sold the tickets which made it very convenient. The room was huge and consisted of a single bed and a larger queen sized bed. There was a cabinet for storage. Lots of outlets near the beds. I also had a balcony and a table. The bathroom had little amenities like shower caps, shampoo, needle and thread. My daughter and I absolutely LOVED the free breakfast. They offered simple sandwiches, toasts, croissants, fruit, cereal, jam, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, desserts, juice and coffee/tea options. I filled my water bottle every morning with water from their water cooler. There was also a little bar where you can purchase drinks after breakfast. Areas of improvement would be a mini fridge in the room and better bed sheets/comforter. Overall, would stay here again. Everyone was so kind. I felt incredibly safe in this neighbourhood. Quick and easy access into Venice. AMAZING breakfast!!!
