Holiday Home 'Il Melograno': Private Terrace, Private Parking, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

We are in Marghera, an ideal location for reaching Venice and other destinations from the mainland: the bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and the train station is 10 minutes on foot. The journey to Venice takes about 13 minutes.



The house features a double bedroom with an additional sofa bed, a single room with two beds, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a laundry area in the garden. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and ATMs.



The accommodation is part of a historic house with a private entrance, garden, and private parking. It covers 70 sqm and can host up to 5 guests. The furnishings were carefully selected in collaboration with local artisans. Everything is new and designed to offer you comfort and safety: the house is regularly cleaned with high-temperature equipment and an air purifier.



You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and an open terrace with garden furniture. A cot and high chair for infants are available, and we accept one pet.

IMPORTANT!

A tourist tax per person per night applies; children under 10 are exempt, and there’s a reduced rate for ages 10 to 15.



Guests can use all indoor and outdoor spaces, including parking inside the property.
