A family trip!
It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids.

Dear Guest, we are sorry your experience wasn't that expected but your description really isn't consistent .Hot water and A/C are perfectly working. You informed our reception of a possible problem and, after our maintenance staff double-checked, we reconfirmed you that for hot water you are just supposed to wait a couple of minutes for the water to warm up (as our maintener show you during your stay ) and for Air conditioning, you find the remote control in order to control the setting (by any chance did you check for the setting during your stay ?) .That said, we do hope you will give us another chance as we will definitely improve our services.kindest regards

Wonderful apartment for a family of 4 to stay in. Check in was easy, and the receptionist was kind. Everything was convenient and comfortable. There were some ants on the floor from the terrace door to the kitchen. That was the only negative. We enjoyed the location and the space this apartment offered.

Awesome 3 level Apartment
This apartment was absolutely Great! There are a few stairs just so you know 2 flights up. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and in a great location. I can't remember what I paid for it but I would have paid more and stayed longer. It has a main level kitchen/ family room with fold out sofa and an upstairs bedroom that has another flight of stairs to an awsome deck looking over the venice roof tops. See photos

This property has amazing location, 4 min walk from rialto bridge and 5 min walk from St Mark's Square. This property had several buildings nearby, but all were relatively close. It was really accessible and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment we stayed at was very spacious and we were pleasantly surprised how well equipped it was (iron, ironing board, coffee machine, dishwasher, clothing rack and pegs, kettle, safe). I would definitely recommend charming venice apartments for a group of friends/family who are staying in venice for more than a few days, it's one of the best accomodations in the area for it's price!

The apartment is in good location and convenient to pretty much very thing since Venice is relative small place. But apartment is smelly, small, and not clean in some sense. It's pretty noise since it faces a bar, plus a lot of tourists walking around. the main bedroom was so smelling so that I have to sleep on coach in living room. Also, we have to open windows all night because of smelling, which was part of reason outside noise could not be blocked.

Great Apartment in Venice.
Great apartment. Centrally located. Easy access. Two bathrooms - one with tub, other with shower. Kitchen is spacious. Pullout sofa is comfy. Will stay here again.

Property is unusual but really suited us. Four flights of steep steps gave us a daily workout and layout of separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen worked well. Fantastic situation with close proximity to Rialto bridge and all boat trips. We enjoyed our visit.

Great Apartment.
Easy check in. Apartments are nearby to check in and you are taken to the property by the receptionists. Great location. Supermarket nearby and everywhere is close by in Venice. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Great location, lovely apartment
The apartment was in a great location, clean, nicely furnished with everything you’d need to live there, let alone stay for a few days! It’s on the first floor, up quite steep stairs. Good places to eat & shop nearby & only 5 mins from the San Zaccaria vaparetto stop. We really enjoyed it & thought it good value.

We liked the facilities in the kitchen / bedroom and the confort in the whole flat. However, the heating was not functioning due to the seasonal transition period, although it was cold at the beginning of October. The internet connection was really weak.

Great apartment, close to sites but...
The apartment was great. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, clean. It was a short walk to St. Mark’s Sq, boat tours etc. My problem with this apartment was that it was three flights up, with no elevator. It was also down a small, dark street (alley) with no light on the outside of the house. You had to use your phone to light the front door in order to find the lock.

Would absolutely make Charming Venice (Locande del corte) my go to for trips from now on. Really spacious and well designed, it had everything we needed to make our trip smooth. Literally around the corner from Rialto and one Calle away from the pick up point of Hotel Bruno. My only reason for not giving the cleanliness 5* was the bathroom corners which needed seeing to and the kitchen had some of the panels missing - with a 1 year old this was important to us as he gets into all the crevices! Otherwise, absolutely brilliant and I highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charming Venice apartments and would stay there. again. We had a ground floor apartment and loved the novelty of watching the gondolas drifting past our bedroom / living area windows. The apartments are close to Campo Santa Maria Formosa which offers food; drinks, markets as well as the beautiful church.

Our apartment was a short well-directed walk from the airport water bus stop at the Rialto bridge - I.e. very central near St Mark's Square etc. The team at Hotel da Bruno (who manage the apartment) were polite, organised, welcoming and informative. They escorted us in one minute to the apartment and made sure we were settled. The apartment was stylish, clean, quiet and comfortable - the kitchen was the most well equipped I have ever rented anywhere! It had everything, even a tiny little balcony over the canal where we could take photos. We all loved it and we will be coming back!!! Thank you.
