we arrived at the approximate check-in time. pressed the buzzer multiple times and no one answered, i then had to turn on my cell service to call the owners which cost more than the hotel itself. they let us in and showed us the room. they didn’t check our passports or make us sign anything. we just walked in and they said this is your room and left. it was a very old place, no ac, scratched up floors and very dirty overall. the “breakfast” that was included was a piece of toast and a slice of cheese. there was a fridge in the room, meaning we could store leftovers or something. we had put some packaged cheese from breakfast in the fridge during our stay. when it was time to check out, again, no one was there. we had a plane to catch which we ended up missing due to the owners never being there. we finally left and scheduled a new flight. after my flight i got texts from the owners harassing me, demanding i send them my credit card information to send them a “cleaning fee” of €50. The room was filled with ants, not our problem since the “hotel” provided the food, they also said the scratched up floors were our fault and insulted us while threatening to charge more, even though the hotel is very very old. There was no one at check in or check out, the place was very dirty and the owners were threatening and unprofessional.
