"Staff were helpful. They voluntarily offered things that they knew we would need when we mentioned we were going to the beach, such as an umbrella and towels. They responded quickly to an issue that we encountered even post checkout. Property is clean. Breakfast is good."

"From the quick and friendly check-in ( which included free cocktails) to the beautiful room and grounds (pool is awesome!), this hotel was fantastic in every way, including a phenomenal location, a 3-minute walk to the Old City and the port, which was humming w action and so much to do! THEODORA ( sp?) was particularly helpful, and we even got a late check-out as soon as we asked; all in all, a fantastic stay; highly recommended!"

"I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. The communication prior was excellent, they were extremely helpful in answering my questions and organising further requests. I was later to arrival than expected but Eva was so kind and understanding, she showed me the room and the amenities of the hotel. She had a very friendly persona and a wonderful smile that made a beautiful end to my holiday in Crete. The bar underneath was an excellent hub to sit and people watch, enjoy the views and have a drink. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free breakfast was well organised and delicious, extremely appreciated. I really loved the garden and additional seating areas within the hotel, I felt I could really relax in safety whilst travelling solo. I stayed here alone and would not hesitate to come back or recommend to friends!"

The location is fantastic — walking distance to the Old Venetian Harbor and all the charm of the Old Town, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Staff were warm and welcoming, happy to share local tips for exploring the area. A great base for discovering Chania — highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic stay close to the historic center!"
