"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. "The host is the best!! I was tired after a long day but the host was super helpful in all my questions and responded right away. There was parking for 10 euros which was great for us. "We found this place on the road after out itinerary changed. Pierolucca could not have been a warmer or more welcoming host. He was lovely. The rooms were basic but clean. 400 meters from the beach. Breakfast was wonderful if you have a sweet tooth and like homemade baked goods"

"The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t speak much Italian and she didn’t speak much English, but it wasn’t a problem at all. She was amazing. We were not driving, but the parking is ample and secure right next to the building. The building is newer and across the street from a beautiful beach. Our room was on the ground floor with a huge patio very comfortable."
