Sperlonga-Itri Villa 8 bedroom with swimming pool in private garden

"This home is a fantastic opportunity to experience the Italian countryside with excellent beach access. We had 15 adults and a preteen and it was perfect for us. All the amenities you need for cooking and preparing meals, with plenty of everything for larger groups. The pool was extremely refreshing on those hot Italian afternoons, and the beaches of Sperlonga are clean and accessible as well. Stewart was an excellent host, very communicative as we had questions or issues. He always responded very quickly. The views from the large patio are amazing and our visit was so special. We used the train stations at Fondi and Formia as the Itri station has very little parking. Visit the historic upper part of Sperlonga and eat at Ristorante Giardini Dell'Eden just 8 minutes from the house. Highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful visit!"

"I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Maria Theresa. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property buildings and gardens were beautiful. The beachside location was picturesque and convenient provided reserved sun umbrella and loungers. The highlight was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist multiple times. Truly a wonderful experience guest experience. Can’t wait to return."

"This place felt real special - the views were absolutely spectacular, the landscaping immaculate and the staff were most helpful. The choice of food available at breakfast was impressive and the restaurant at sunset was romantic. The stairs to and from the beach were a good form of exercise and the private beach was enjoyed by us each day (sometimes twice a day)! We highly recommend and will definitely be back."

We loved the flexible beach shuttle service; our driver even went out of his way to show us the route to our next day's tour port. "This place is a little slice of heaven…absolutely gorgeous! It’s located right on the beach. The food was top notch. We arrived and needed dinner, so we ate at their restaurant. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning which was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is built on the side of a mountain which makes it so lovely, but the driveway in is a bit scary which surprised us. It’s a single lane steep zig-zag switchback. If you are aware and ready for it, it’s ok. But if not, watch out! Also, the only bad thing was that the shower did not drain. We only stayed one night so not a big problem. Other than that it was fantastic!! I would recommend."
