No extractor fan so we had to open the bathroom door to let steam out. There is only 1 plug socket in a triple room/suite, no heating or air conditioning available! "

"When I arrived everything was ok ,checked in to my room , and it wasn’t the room I paid for the staff put me in a room intentionally messing up thinking I wouldn’t notice , I called reception then got placed in the right room without an apology "
