Aucun accueil les clés de la chambre était dans un coffre Mais nous n’avions reçu aucune consigne pour les récupérer. Heureusement que d’autres clients nous ont permis de les récupérer sinon nous passions la nuit dehors. Dans la chambre, Pas d’eau chaude et personne à la réception, un numéro de téléphone qui sonne dans le bureau vide et un portable sur messagerie sur lequel nous avons laissé un message, mais personne ne nous a rappeler. Je passe sur les toiles d’araignées dans le placard et sur la flaque d’eau due à la climatisation ou le volet Hs de la kitchenette…

Apartment was covered in dust. Glasses covered in dirt, had to soak before use. Air con didn't work in bedroom. Asked for it to be fixed and it took 3 days for someone to come and they still couldn't fix it.

Séjour d'une nuit. Bonne communication par mail avant notre arrivée et bon accueil en arrivant. Appartement 2 chambres spacieux mais vieillot, et franchement pas entretenu ni nettoyé à la sauce 4 étoiles... La reception étant fermée le dimanche matin (nous le savions, mais personne n'a penser à nous dire comment faire le check out), ce fut la galère pour savoir ou rendre les clefs et surtout pour sortir du batîment sans badge...

Decent & Spacious apartments very close to Geneva.

Location is quite close to the Swiss border, and with a car we could reach Geneva in less than 10 minutes. Lausanne and Montreaux are also close, within 70-80 mins of driving distance. The apartment we got was quite spacious. The staff was also helpful. The only problem we had was with the poor wifi. Since our mobile phones often got Swiss network, we could not use our 4G and wifi not working decent made it a bigger problem.

Bien placé mais sans plus

L'hôtel est à quelques centaines de mètres de la frontière Franco/Suisse, sur la route qui va de Genève à Thonon. Il est à environ 20 minutes d'Yvoire. Le site est très calme, la circulation peut être difficile en fonction des horaires (circulation des frontaliers). L’hôtel en lui même a été construit pour avoir un certain standing, mais malheureusement il ne fait pas l'objet des soins appropriés : 1/ Par exemple les sols sont très très sale, j'imagine qu'ils ne sont jamais lavés, ils ne sont pas non plus aspirés, une foule de "Moutons" couvraient les sols. 2/ Autre exemple la bouilloire de notre chambre faisait sauté les fusibles juste en la branchant (avant de la mettre en route) 3/ Ou encore la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas. 4/ Conseil : avant de venir penser à prendre des éponges, des torchons, un produit pour la vaisselle et un support de filtre pour faire passer le café. Le plus de cet hôtel est le parking couvert, malheureusement les usagers se garent systématiquement sur 2 places, ce qui réduit notablement le nombre de place disponible.

Agréable séjour

Séjour très agréable en famille, dans un endroit calme, bien situé, non loin de Genève(15min en voiture) et du lac Léman. Appartement spacieux, belle vue, kitchenette, sans oublier l’hospitalité, la gentillesse et le sourire des employés, qualités qui ne sont pas du tout négligeables. Juste à faire attention au ménage, appartement un peu poussiéreux avec quelques toiles d’araignées dans certains coins. Aussi pensez à mettre à la disposition des familles avec enfants au moins un balai dans les appartements. Cela serait plus pratique de nettoyer un peu avant que le service de nettoyage n’intervienne le lendemain ou le surlendemain. Hormis cela, très bon séjour.

très décevant

l'appartement ne correspondait pas vraiment a nos attentes, aucun lits doubles contrairement a ce qui était proposés. Le peinture est a refaire ainsi que la fixation de certaines prises. La poignée de la porte d'entrée était cassé et fragile, il était difficile de fermer la porte en sortant. Le petit déjeuner (à 15€ par personnes) ne proposait aucun fruits et pas de chaud (œuf brouillé par exemple) peu de choix pour un prix pareil. J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans les hotels pour mon travail et je n'ai jamais été autant déçue. A revoir les étoiles !!

Débâcle

Malgré la confirmation téléphonique et le règlement en ligne, le personnel m'a fait faux bond en me précisant à mon arrivée que la chambre n'était pas disponible !!! Ils m'ont ensuite assurés qu'une réservation était faite auprès d'un autre établissement (aucune équivalence au niveau du standing)...Et quelle ne fût pas ma surprise en arrivant et en constatant que rien n'avait été fait...heureusement l'établissement de repli a trouvé à me loger. Donc autant dire que le service laisse à désirer.

Arrivée après 23 heures et aucun souci d'accès sauf pas de lumière dans le hall principal d'accueil ! Bel appart hôtel cossu en campagne, facile a trouver propre, appartement très spacieux avec belle kitchenette balcon et salon confortable, bonne literie et très belle salle de bains, bien chauffé, bien aménagé, tout confort. Sauf dans la SDB manque flacons gel douche/Shampoings ! Bouilloire OK : mais pas de sachets de thé, tisane ou café ! Dommage pour un 4****On reviendra sûrement car ils ont compensé en offrant les croissants le matin. Merci très sympa. Ah oui, hier soir un voisin a fait cuire du poisson dans son appart ! quelle idée...de faire ça le soir avant d'aller au lit ! ça puait ....Aucune considération pour les voisins J 'espère qu'en lisant ces remarques il se reconnaîtra pour ne pas recommencer ! Quelle horreur, je ne supporte pas, mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable bien sûr !

Run down, dirty and ill-equipped.

Room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, kitchen looked half-finished or half-broken (not sure which), mouldy bathroom, toilet roll holder hanging off, lights hanging off the wall. I could go on. Our friends had a different room which was absolutely fine - clean, tidy & nice. Avoid 305 if you can. We asked to be moved but the hotel was full.
