Amazing house, great location
We were met by the owners mother, who was very helpful, showed us around and helped us settle in. Anjel was always available for any queries, anytime we had any. The house was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the showers were high pressure with lots of hot water. We explored the downstairs and played a few games of pool, which was fun. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, great contact with the owner and we would recommend this house for anyone wanting a lovely base when visiting Granada.

The place was clean, well equipped and safe. Angel was an excellent host easy to communicate with and very informative and helpful. His English was excellent which helped with our poor spanish😎 The parking card to downtown garage is a great bonus. We followed his directions and had an excellent day at Alhambra. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Granada.

Perfect base for exploring Granada!

Great house
The property was a great home. Very well kept in a new development on the outskirts of Granada. The owner provided a parking pass in town which allowed us to leave the car in an underground area within walking distance of everything in downtown Granada.. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy all the pluses of the home but we were there to enjoy Granada and not a home. A very thoughtful homeowner with extras like water and a full kitchen., a games room and internet. Thanks.

Very accommodating.
The house was very accommodating and easy to get to and the rooms were well furnished. The owner met us at the house to walk us through all of the systems and appliances. This was a nice benefit since we were visiting Spain from another country. We also had an additional parking pass from the owner that allowed us to park our car in downtown Granada. I would strongly recommend this house.

Aunque la estancia ha sido muy breve ésta ha sido bastante satisfactoria. La casa es muy cómoda y muy limpia. Aunque Angel no pudo estar allí para recibirnos estuvo en todo momento muy atento para ver que todo estuviera bien. Gracias Angel, si algun día volvemos a visitar Granada no dudes que volveremos a tu casa.

Nice holiday home near Granada
Nice holiday home near Granada. The holiday home was very well equipped, comfortable and everything was clean. In the house is a billiard table, darts, etc. Angel, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and gave us lots of information beforehand on things to see and Tapas etc.. Angel is just so friendly and helpful, too. The parking card is perfect, so we had no parking problems in Grananda. I would definitely recommend this holiday home and I would love to stay again, myself. Thank you Angel for the beautiful days in Granada!!!

Vacaciones a lo grande
Una casa espectacular, con todas las comodidades y cerca del centro. Con una plaza de parking estupenda y en una zona tranquila. La única pega es que la cama de matrimonio de la suite esta a ras del suelo y es incomoda para dormir, pero por lo demas espectacular.

Belle maison familiale et ludique
Bien placée à 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville. Bon accueil. Des jeux à ravir une soirée en famille entre fléchettes et snooker. Soyez bien équipé du GPS pour parvenir à destination.

Mejor que en casa
El alojamiento es de primera. Como unavivienda habitual, pero con el valor añadido del sótano con el billar, la maquinita y los dardos. Cuesta convencer a los niños para salir a hacer turismo. Aunque no está en el centro, la plaza de aparcamiento que te proporcionan sí lo está. Y qué decir de Ángel? Encantador, atento, detallista y amabilísimo. Volveremos.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison spacieuse d’Angel. Avec la profusion des equipments et des petites attentions bienveillantes, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La propreté des lieux et l’excellent état des équipements en font un hébergement des plus agréables. Sa carte de stationnement à la limite de la vieille ville était fort utile, tout comme ses conseils/informations.

Très belle et grande maison au calme.
Grande maison située dans un quartier calme et tout près de Grenade. Mieux je pense que c'est impossible et cerise sur le gâteaux une place de parking est réservé à l'entrée du centre de Grenade.

Accueil chaleureux par le papa d'Angel qui nous a expliqué longuement le fonctionnement des installations et l'accès au parking de Grenade. Il y avait tout le nécessaire, tel qu'indiqué dans la description. La maison toute entière était propre et sentait bon. Contacts réguliers d'Angel pour s'informer si tout se passait bien.

Accueillante et impeccable
Séjour agréable à Grenade , dans la maison d'Angel qui est très spacieuse et très propre. Tout est mis à disposition , nombreux ustensiles en cuisine, linge impeccable et en quantité. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons pû utiliser le parking gratuit à Grenade, avec les explications du papa d'Angel qui nous a accueillis très gentiment. Angel répond à toutes nos questions très rapidement, très disponible Nous regrettons juste de n'être pas restés plus longtemps pour manger sur la terrasse du petit jardin derrière ! Billard et jeu de fléchette en prime. Les ados ne sont pas les seuls ravis !

Jolie Maison Chez Angel
La maison d'Angel est vraiment très confortable et nous avons pu apprécier avec notre famille combien cette maison était spacieuse avec tous le confort possible car celle-ci maison ne reflète pas vraiment le mobilier d'Angel qui s'est enrichi au contraire et il mérite vraiment un 5 étoiles. Tout est confortable et d'une netteté sans égal. Il a voulu que cette demeure soit comme si nous étions chez nous ce fût le cas. Merci Angel de vous être préoccupé entretemps de notre bien être. A vous revoir peut être.

Une maison où on se sent tout de suite bien...
Maison jolie et confortable : cuisine bien aménagée, entièrement carrelée du sol au plafond, chambres coquettes, colorées, mobilier moderne, 2 salles de bains tout confort. Grands placards, Bonne literie, couvertures, oreillers, serviettes de toilette en quantité. Salon-séjour actuel et accueillant. Terrasse mi-soleil, mi-ombre, avec des fleurs et des plantes en pots. Quartier calme et sécurisant. Une maison où on a envie de rester... La "cerise sur le gâteau" : c'est la place gratuite dans un parking du centre ville de Grenade ! Excellent et sympathique accueil d'Angel Perez Aviles, bien que nous ne parlions pas l'espagnol, il a réussi à tout nous faire comprendre... Tout ceci nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour et nous recommandons de tout coeur cette propriété.

Todo perfecto, trato muy bueno y muy atento de Angel. La casa esta a poca distancia en coche de Granada, pero Angel nos proporcionó tickets para un parking cerca del centro de Granada, por lo que es muy cómodo el desplazamiento.

Super endroit calme. La maison est propre on y trouve tout. Que ce soit au niveau des chambres, salle de bains et surtout la cuisine. Mesdames vous serez ravies. Il ne manque rien en vaisselles. Beaucoup de choses à visiter à Granada et ses alentours. Pour l'Alhambra surtout acheter les billets à l'avance car site très visité! Même si la plage est à 100 kms, c est pas grave la route est belle et très beau paysage. C 'est vite fait. On mange trop bien et j ai découvert d'excellents vins et peu chers. Aussi le propriétaire est super sympas très agréable et aussi très mignon 😉😉. !! Ah oui la piscine à côté de la maison à 800 m, super cool. Le personnel sympas. Bref super sejour. A refaire avec plaisir. Bisou

La casa está muy bien a 10 minutos del centro en coche, propietario muy atento nos ofrece parking gratis en el centro y se ofrece a acompañarnos y mostrando donde esta. En la casa no faltaba de nada, la recomiendo.

Increíble casa para disfruta en familia!!! Con todas las comodidades y cuidada al detalle!
Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa nuestra estancia en esta casa.Angel,su propietario nos ha puesto todas las facilidades! La casa es muy grande,tiene jardin con zona para BBK,un sótano lleno de juegos, las camas cómodas,cocina enorme...es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar con toda familia!!!! Esta muy cerca de Granada y es un punto positivo contar con el aparcamiento gratuito en la ciudad. Contaba con todo lo necesario (menaje,toallas...etc) y en perfecto estado de orden y limpieza. Mi familia y yo repetiremos seguro!! Gracias por todo Ángel!
