"La gestion de mon dossier relève de l’amateurisme, car ne trouvant pas ma réservation que j’avais réglé sur hotel.com ils ont décidé de me prélever une deuxième fois directement sur ma carte bancaire en me précisant que cela s’annulerais dès qu’il retrouverait ma réservation payée. "A surprisingly pleasant stay despite initial impressions outside and the general location. The rooms, there were 4 of us, were very spacious and had everything we needed. A nice breakfast was included. The only real negative was we didn't know there was no restaurant service Fri to Sun....we arrived Fri for 2 nights. Staff helpful."
