This beautiful and welcoming apartment, complete with colorful landscaping, is perfect for quick getaways with family and friends, offering a wonderful time. It's a two-level walk-up unit in a tranquil community. The balcony features two patio chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and savoring an early morning coffee. The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes from the city center and a range of popular attractions in the area. The ground floor has a laundry room and a garden. Full disclosure, the ground-floor apartment is not part of the second-floor short-term rental. All three bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets, and window shades.
