"The hotel was in a very good location with easy access to the train station and the old town. We asked for a quiet room and the receptionist was able to organise that for us which we appreciated. The room was very clean and well-maintained. We were happy with our stay. The temperature of the shower water was hard to regulate which was a negative. Otherwise all good."

"Staff was excellent. I was disappointed in that the restaurant was so limited and catered to students. It was really more like a cafeteria. I didn’t expect it to also serve as a student dormitory. Location was fine but I would not recommend it to friends."

"Beautiful space absolutely with a Great breakfast too . Room was pleasant - although bed overly firm and the two pillows on my bed were super flat . Plaster in room could use some maintenance. Bathroom was surprisingly small ( room 119 ) with a shower tub combination that leaked a bit when shower was used"

"It is a historic building and hotel with beautiful paintings, furnitures and circular staircase. Room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Very close to the cathedral and many restaurants and shops. 15min walk from the train station."

"Everything was good. Breakfast was ok. Someone was smoking near my room and could smell it inside ny room. Looks like thru the vents and the staff moved me to another room per my request. All good"

"Well maintained rooms and a nice reception area. Housekeeping are doing a great job keeping the rooms very clean and fresh. Comfortable and large bed and a big bath were both welcome after walking the Camino. Hotel is in a quiet residential area, we would have preferred a location closer to the centre of town and the Cathedral."
