"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The hot tub was very nice. There was some construction outside of the property during our stay but that wasn't the owners fault, it just made parking a little tricky to figure out at first. Overall it was a great stay and we'd definitely recommend it to other large groups planning on staying in the area"

"I wish I had listened to other reviews more carefully before booking this property for our group of eight. Our stay was marked by problems that I feel obligated to share with other travelers.Sewage backup. One of the toilets backed up and pushed raw sewage into a shower, leaving eight people sharing a single functioning bathroom. When we notified the host, it took over 10 hours to receive a response, and the issue was not resolved for more than a day. The first plumber who came told us this was a known problem, which the host denied, so it is hard to know who to believe. Mice. We had 2 mice in the kitchen. The first mouse ran from the kitchen to the bedroom, and we had to catch it ourselves. We had made the host aware and some traps were placed under the stove but those were not helpful for the mouse in the bedroom. The second mouse was trapped by the one of there traps. Cleanliness. The ceiling fans were coated in such thick dust that we had to purchase a Swiffer and clean them ourselves. We had guests in our party with dust allergies who could not comfortably stay in the space until we addressed it.Host responsiveness. The 10 hour delay in responding to a raw sewage situation in a rental home is unacceptable.I do not write reviews like this lightly, but I feel that other travelers should be made aware of our experience as they look for accommodations in Laramie."
