  • Villa very well equipped, bright, spacious, for holidays with family or friends that can accommodate 12 people.
    5 minutes walk from the beach of Nauzan, 10 minutes walk from a supermarket, and 1300 meters from Vaux sur mer and Saint Palaiss.
    Kitchen with electric oven, 4 burner gas hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
    4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
    Large veranda with 1 sofa bed 2 people.
    In the rental price all linen is included (sheets, pillowcases, bolster covers, towels, napkins, tea towels, napes)
    Large enclosed garden (fence, hedges and key-ring barriers) all around the property; equipped with a barbecue, tables, chairs, chairs, relax and umbrella.

    Parking cars in 1 driveway of the villa or on the down side of the street (this is a dead end)

    Close to Royan, in the west, on the Côte de Beauté (peninsula of Arvert in Saintonge Maritime, between the estuaries of Seudre and Gironde).

    This 160 square meter house is located near Nauzan beach, and 2 km from Royan with its large beach called Grande Conche, as well as the famous Pontaillac beach (with the Royan casino). On foot, the Sentier des Douaniers runs along the seaside.

    From Friday 01. 02 to Saturday 16. 03 possibility to rent, at least 2 days, between Friday morning and Monday morning.
    Rentals from the Easter holidays until the end of September must be from Saturday to Saturday. Possibility of arrival on Sunday or leave on Friday however the rates are for the period from Saturday to Saturday and will not change.

Très agréable séjour en famille dans la villa l'Oustal.

Nous avons été accueillis par Mme Coriolan, la propriétaire, personne très sympathique et souriante. La maison est très bien agencée, grande pièce de vie, terrasse et cour où nous avons pris nos repas sous le parasol, barbecue neuf.Nous avons pu garer nos 3 véhicules dans la propriété. Quartier calme, proche de la mer (plage de Nauzan à 10 min à pied). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre location et espérons y retourner dans le futur.

Très agréable séjour

Grande maison très bien équipée pour 10 personnes. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables,équipées chacune d' une douche qui fonctionne très bien. L'emplacement est parfait, à 5mn d'une belle plage et de balades en bord de mer Les commerces sont à proximité. Propriétaire accueillante , ponctuelle et très arrangeante pour les horaires de départ et arrivée. Bref à recommander pour des vacances en famille ou groupe...

Séjour agréable et reposant

Maison spacieuse proche du sentier des douaniers et de la plage de Nauzan, dans une petite rue peu passante.La maison est bien équipée et Mme Coriolan est soucieuse du bien être des locataires et répond toujours rapidement à chaque question. Nous étions 6 dont 2 personnes âgées qui ont apprécié la véranda et leur salle de bains privative. Madame Coriolan aime les animaux et notre chien l a vite adoptée. Merci Mme Coriolan pour votre gentillesse

Bon séjour

La propriétaire est une personne fort sympathique. Nous avons eu des petits désagréments, mais la propriétaire a été à l'écoute des petits points à corriger. La maison est grande, mais je conseille de se limiter à 12 personnes max. Très bel emplacement pour cette maison: au calme et tout proche de la plage.

Villa très agréable très proche de la plage de Nauzan avec un jardin bien équipé en transats et comportant des zones ombragées appréciables par fortes chaleurs . Le linge de maison est fourni en abondance.La literie est très convenable. Cette villa est adaptée à des vacances familiales. La chambre donnant sur le jardin a un petit inconvénient : elle donne l 'accès à la buanderie ce qui donne moins d intimité aux occupants.

super séjour en famille

Location idéalement situé à 5min de la plage de Nauzan comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Maison très spacieuse (nous étions 14 et à aucun moment nous n'avions l'impression de nous marcher dessus!). La propriétaire a été très prévenante et nous a parfaitement accueilli et conseillé. Le seul petit bémol (et encore…) ce serait le manque de magasin de proximité (boulangerie…). Toutefois le centre ville se trouve à 1 km 500 ou bien on peut accéder au centre commercial très facilement en voiture en évitant les flots de véhicule à 3 minutes. Il y a de superbes ballades à faire le long de la crique que ce soit vers Royan ou vers la côte vierge. Et enfin en cas de mauvais temps on peut toujours aller visiter le superbe zoo de la Palmyre. Encore merci à Mme Coriolan pour son acceuil et son accompagnement...à refaire sans hésiter.

Nous étions 11 personnes, dont 2 enfants de 3 ans et un chien. Le terrain est clos.. La villa est fonctionnelle avec ses 4 salles de bain ,appréciable lors du retour de la plage. Très bien située à 5 mn å pied de la plage , avec une promenade sympathique en bord de mer. Zone commerciale à 10 mn en voiture Propriétaire très accueillante et soucieuse de notre bien être Nous recommandons cette maison pour un séjour familial intergénérationnel .

Accueil très chaleureux et ponctuel par la propriétaire de cette villa très spacieuse et très bien située. Proche de la plage et des commerces. Villa adaptée à des vacances en famille où chacun peut avoir son intimité au vue de la répartition des chambres et des pièces de vie. Véranda très appréciée également. Espaces extérieures agréables avec mobilier de jardin à disposition. Adresse à conserver et à communiquer avec plaisir... Séjour très agréable et très reposant entouré de nos enfants et de notre petite fille.

im Juli das Wetter war super .Im Ort dirkt war nicht so viel los. das war aber gut so .Im umkreis von 5-10 km gibt es eine menge zuerleben.Alle Franzosen waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.war eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus war ok für 8 Pers.waren mit 4 Erw.und.4 Kinder (zwei Familien da)Sollten aber auch nicht mehr sein sonst wird es eng im Haus.Der Garten sehr ungepflegt +Grill+Gartenmöbel. Die Möbel im Haus waren Ok .Nur leider die Küchen Ausstattung sehr alt Töpfe ,Pfannen,besonders das Besteckt:-(

Very convenient and welcoming villa!

We spent a week at Villa l'Oustral with 14 adults and it fit perfectly. The house is ideally equipped for groups, with enough wet, bath and cooking space for everyone. The garden is nice and sunny while the house is cool. The location (5mn walking to the beach - 10mn drive to either Royan or StPalais) is just perfect.

Agréable et sympathique maison de vacances

Maison très spacieuse et d'un grand confort avec de multiples chambres et un grand jardin arborisé, situation idéal, pas de bruit de route et près de la plage, je recommande vivement cette maison pour tous types de familles. Un GRAND MERCI à sa propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, son sourire et sa sympathie, à recommander sans ménagement.

nous étions 3 jeunes couples avec enfants et la villa a largement convenu.Idéalement situé pour les ballades au bord de mer et le centre de royan.Petit bémol pour le jardin (peu entretenu) et les ouvertures de la villa (fenêtres) sont peu isolées,mais rien de grave.

Villa très agréable ou l' on peut vivre a 9 sans se gêner .Les petits enfants avaient de l' espace pour pouvoir jouer.Villa très bien située car a 5-10 mn de la plage et ne pas prendre la voiture est vraiment un plus La propriétaire est vraiment charmante , accueillante et a notre écoute Je recommanderai cette villa et je reviendrai certainement avec mes enfants (petits et grands) si l' emploi du temps de chacun le permet E.B

Nous étions deux couples et 5 enfants. Les petits etaient heureux de se retrouver dans cette grande maison. Un gros bémol la literie est deplorable : pas de protege matelas et pas de housse de couette... Heureusement que nous avions emportés nos draps parce que nous étions déjà en vacances la semaine d'avant. J'ai dû demonter la tête de lit de ma chambre tellement elle me paraissait poussiéreuse. Toiles d'araignées un peu partout. Ceci dit, nous étions en vacances et ca ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon sejour. Le zoo de la palmyre est vraiment a voir ainsi que le château des enigmes pour les petits et pour nous la tremblade avec huitres et pineau des charente.
