Located in Vauvert, in the Camargue, this bright 72 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen with both filter and capsule coffee machines. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room, a private TV, washing machine, dryer, and radiator heating in the bedrooms and bathroom.



Outside, relax in your southeast-facing private garden and on the covered terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for family meals and breakfast. The 35 m² living area opens directly onto the terrace and garden. You also have a private barbecue, outdoor shower, and a private pool house with table, chairs, and loungers. The shared outdoor pool is secured by a fence and accessible through a gate reserved for guests, open from 10 am to 9 pm.



A parking space is available with an electric gate. The house has electric shutters and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with low traffic, close to public transport. Events are not allowed. The pool is exclusively for villa guests, and loungers must be put away in the evening due to automatic watering.



The hosts live on site but not in the rented accommodation. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, with connections to Nîmes and Le Grau-du-Roi. A municipal tennis court is behind the house. The town center is 600 m away and the shopping area 700 m. The property is near the railway (only 4 trains per day, none at night).



A horse-drawn carriage ride in the Camargue followed by a riverside meal is available for an extra fee on request.
