and stone, with a contemporary touch. This cottage partly adjoining allows to enjoy convivial moments. It is pleasant to live all year, warm in winter, cool in summer.

Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, raclette and fondue appliances, outdoor barbecue.
1 bedroom bed 160x200cm, a laundry room, a separate toilet.
On the upper level: 1 bedroom bed 160x200cm, a large bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 80x200cm can be moved closer. All rooms are equipped with new mattresses.
Services included: 3 private parking spaces in the courtyard, wifi, beds made on arrival, towels.
Bakery, restaurant, grocery with local products and a medical office are accessible in the village, 3 mins walk.
Many outdoor activities, summer and winter. Lake, lakes and rivers, ski resorts Aravis, Semnoz, Chautagne.
