Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist gut aufgeteilt, die Zimmer sind geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden. Der Kamin war im Winter eine willkommene Bereicherung. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, mit Wandermöglichkeiten und nicht weit von Avallon und Vézelay entfernt.

l'Hôtesse est accueillante, aucun souci de ce côté. Par contre, la maison n'est pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, pour entrer dans la maison, il faut grimper un escalier en pierre. Le ménage est très succinct. La vaisselle est ébréchée, le gite peut héberger 10 personnes en couchage, mais pas à table ni ensemble dans le salon. La cafetière n'est absolument pas un percolateur mais une cafetière classique, à filtre, il n'y a que deux lits doubles, les autres couchages sont simples, avec de petites couettes.

Das Haus ist für neun Personen ausgelegt. Schlafen ist möglich, aber nicht am Esstisch. Dasselbe gilt fürs Wohnzimmer, es sei denn, man möchte an zwei separaten kleinen Tischen sitzen. Das Geschirr ist angeschlagen; zum Glück waren wir zu sechst, sonst wären einige Tassen und Teller beschädigt worden. Die Reinigung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Kaffeemaschine ist keine Filterkaffeemaschine. Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt über eine Steintreppe, die für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität unzugänglich ist.
