"When we arrived at the hotel at 5.30 , long time after original checkin, the room was not ready for us 3, only for 2. So we needed to ask them to make an extra bed for us and extra towels. "The staff was friendly and quick, but the hotel entrance was hard to find in the dark because it was moved and there inadequate lighting and signage.
