"Room was very clean. Front desk and breakfast staff were fantastic. Cheerful and really helpful. Breakfast was best buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel lots of options, good quality. Even had gluten free and lactose milk options. Would definitely recommend."

"New build hotel near Termini. Lovely gardens, social spaces, bars and pizza restaurant. Security on door. Tram stop 50m away and metro 20min walk. The hotel is a bit further out, so you have to use transport or walk 45mins to the centrico area. If a late arrival into Termini, us taxi to be safe. Room very clean and staff are great. Breakfast is expensive - so I used Nespresso for coffee and got croissant near by."

"Place was clean but fairly basic in terms of amenities in the room (no coffee maker, bottled water not replenished on my second night, no iron) - it does have a mini fridge and air con worked fine. Unfortunately my room was so noisy - a constant loud TV so soundproofing is clearly deficient. I played white noise on my phone all night to sleep. BUT it is 2 steps from Termini so you couldn’t get more convenient (especially if you don’t like getting up early for a train!)"

"Great if you spoke Italian and were familiar with European lifestyle. Not recommended for tourists. Unfortunately I was with a handicapped person who booked there believing the elevator would be as accessible as an American style one. Nope : 4 steps to elevator with maybe 24 inch wide door that went up to Lounge area and then up 4 more steps to a second elevator that was 2 more steps up from that to another one that was no larger than the first. Couldn’t get her in her wheelchair into elevator at all. They held maybe 2 people standing fully upright if with little or no luggage. Small rooms minimal amenities."
