"We arrived later than planned, dinner service finished at 9 but the staff were AMAZING and sorted 4 hungry chaps out, out of hours. They were brilliant. Having stayed in a different hotel for the last 2 weeks every night, this place was the highlight by a mile. "
"The Hotel quite candidly is the best Hotel I have stayed in Italy in the last ten years and that includes anywhere else in the EU. The entire staff from the Manager, the front desk and the cleaning staff have made our stay absolutely perfect. The facility and the rooms are spotless, the restaurant and anything food related is wonderful. The single most important thing is the quality of the staff. I am so extremely grateful to everyone at the Hotel. They have made our stay absolutely perfect……10...
"Nice location in Trento Very nice check in staff. The parking was horrible no clear instructions on where to park. Had to park and carry luggage over 1 mile away. The room was awful the bed was like sleeping on a rock with only 1 twin size blanket. Only one shower towel. The breakfast was okay with very little choices and a very rude staff member overseeing the bar and coffee area. Would definitely not return or recommend"
"Staff was super helpful with parking and transportation."
"This was a perfect location and modern accommodations. Great breakfast"
