"A fuss free check in when we arrived very late. To be surprised first time we experienced heated bathroom tile which makes us comfortable, one suggestion it will be great if there’s bathroom mat as well :) Overall a pleasant stay to rest before we continue our journey, the staff also very helpful in guiding us to take a public transport. "Really loved the location of this hotel and we had a nice, quiet stay. Our room was clean on arrival and kept clean during our stay. The reception staff were also very helpful especially when the firm bed was a bit too firm - probably fine for most guests but I have chronic pain and sleep better with a soft bed. The only unexpected thing was a charge of 10 Euros for a towelling robe for our stay. Thank you everyone."
