Nice complex but very basic.
Very nice complex, helpful staff and easy car parking. The utensils supplied were very basic, they may have been because of COV-ID regulations, I have experienced similar situations in the UK recently. We were provided with a hair dryer and kettle immediately after we requested them. I cannot comment on the restaurant as it was fully booked with private functions and guests every night. I would return to this resort.

Hello Gorgeous
Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Gorgeous location however I recommend using a car as there is nothing pleasant around the hotel within walking distance.

Great place for any type of vacation
u6puqt Great location, building is new, they were still working on getting beach towels and opening the gym, but the private beach and restaurant made it up for it. Breakfast is pretty good compared to other local hotels. Rooms with ocean view are totally worth it! I liked the remote location and less tourist but if you need Golden and access, it is about 20-30 min walk. Overall pretty happy with mybstay!

I have faced a lot of problems!
I was in the place from 18-25/7/2019. When I entered the room on the 18th of July around 17:00 hrs I have faced the following issues: 1. My booking was for 2 adults and for 2 kids. The kids bed had no bed sheets and covers in the room. After a long trip my kids could not rest and wait until the service room fix their bed. Pls be aware that the checking time was 14:00 hrs and we checked in at 17:00 hrs. 2. The room was very hot- no a/c on 3. There where 2 shower gels and 2 shampoos for 4 people. So we could not take all of us a shower after a long trip. 4. Nobady inform us of our terms of stay. Specifically when we check in they did not show us where is the breakfast room, what time is served, what facilities the complex had to offer. I had personally to investigate it and ask the following say! In addition pls note: I had no wi-fi for my whole stay even after a daily reminder to the manager and receptionist. The only thing I was getting was a bunch of papers with codes. But throughout my stay there was no internet! I PAID FOR IT On Saturday I left the room around noon time and come back around midnight. NOBADY CLEANED THE ROOM. The shower water was not going down quickly.. We mention it but no action! ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN SENT IN TWO WRITTEN LETTERS TO THE MANAGMENT AS WELL AS DISCUSSED IN PERSONAL MEETINGS. AS A MANNER OF RESPECT I AM NOT PUBLISHING THE LETTERS AS WELL AS PHOTOS UNTIL I GET A WRITTEN ANSWER FROM THE MANAGER

Great Hotel , great service , perfect location. Beautiful view to the Black sea, clean and orginized Hotel. Breakfast was great exactly what you need to start your day. Beach and pools are great with sport activites . Excellent location not for from golden sands . Will come back again for sure.

Le complexe est neuf et les aménagements ok. Cependant vous êtes loin de Varna, et le service était particulièrement mauvais (on ne nous réponds pas au restaurant, personne est en charge, attente de 30m...)

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, l’appartamento molto grande e spazioso, completamente nuovo. La spiaggia privata assicura tranquillità. Il personale disponibile e gentile. Il resort è a pochi chilometri sia da Varna che dalle Spiagge d’Oro. Vivamente consigliato.

Das Hotel war eines der schönsten in der Umgebung. Das Service im Restaurant könnte besser sein, man muss aber dazu sagen, dass in der ganzen Umgebung die Kellner etwas überfordert wirkten. Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Bilan très mitigé. Hôtel bien situé, proche d'un arrêt de bus desservant Varna et Golden Sand. Petits restaurants et supérettes à proximité. Petit déjeuner très agréable. Chambre très correcte. Ménage fait presque tous les jours, sauf 2 jours sur un séjour de 10. Odeurs qui sortent de la hotte quand les appartements voisins cuisinent. Plage privée sympa, la mer est belle mais présence de nombreux cailloux et rochers, contrairement aux autres plages à proximité. Mise à disposition de transats et parasols appréciable mais certains sont endommagés et inutilisables. Enfin, grosse suspicion de présence de punaises de lit sur le canapé ; boutons caractéristiques sur tout le dos et l'assise suite à une soirée tv, lors de notre dernière nuit, ce qui nous a laissé un goût amer.

Très bon séjour
Très bel hôtel au calme. Chambre (appartement duplex deluxe) très spacieuse et confortable. Au dernier étage, elle bénéficie d'une très grande terrasse en duplex avec une magnifique vue mer. Finitions de qualité même s'il y a peu d'électroménager à disposition. Petit déjeuner copieux. Piscine et plage avec chaises-longues et parasols. Quelques commerces (pharmacie, épiceries, souvenirs) et restaurants à proximité. Varna et les Sables d'Or sont facilement accessibles. On peut toutefois regretter que le service de nettoyage des chambres soit irrégulier.

Ferie steder er i høj standart, desværre lever Personalet ikke op til den ellers flotte luksus. Vores lejlighed blev ikke gjort rent 3 ud af 7. Morgenmaden var total lækkert, men igen Personalet omkring resturanten/bar er bare ikke på, de mangler simpelhen et kursus i service, i starten af ugen manglede der mange ting i morgenbuffet, det blev dog meget bedre i løbet af ugen.

Vi bookede et værelse med havoversigt, hvilket vi ikke fik ved tjek-in. Vi ville naturligvis ikke godtage et værelse uden havoversigt, idet vi havde betalt for dette - men hotellet kunne ikke flytte os, idet der ikke var et ledigt værelse med den bestilte havoversigt. Vi var selvfølgelig fastholdende i vores ønske om et værelse med havoversigt, hvilket i sidste ende godt kunne lade sig gøre, men først efter et døgn, som vi ikke kunne andet end at acceptere. Vi fik en lækker 2-værelses lejlighed, dog kunne vi ikke bruge vores balkon overhovedet på grund af mange måger og dermed mange fugleklatter, og vi kunne derfor heller ikke tørre vores håndklæder/badetøj på balkonen på grund af fugleklatterne. Morgenmad i den bedre ende, dog det samme hver dag. Stranden rigtig fin med tilgængelige liggestole, vandet dog ikke så rart grundet sten og meget tang. Området ligger 30 minutters gang uden for selve Golden Sands centrum. Vi havde et okay ophold på hotellet, men vil ikke booke dette hotel igen, hvis vi rejser tilbage til Golden Sands igen.

Lækker sted som oser af luksus, renlighed og service. Hvis der skulle være noget “negativt”, så er det wifi. Det er en del langsomt og ustabil.

Palveluja ei ollut saatavilla. Esim. uima-allas oli vielä tyhjä ja remonttia tehtiin joka puolella. Ilmeisesti sesonki oli vasta edessä. Tulessamme meiltä ei pyydetty mitään tietoja. Yövartija vain antoi avaimen ja ohjasi huoneistoon
