Brit Hotel not helpful during emergency situation. Not responding to emails and calls prior to check in. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them.

Très bon accueil de la direction. La surface de la chambre, de la salle de bains avec des wc séparés ont été très appréciés. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec des produits de qualité.

Qualité insuffisante

Bonjour, nous avons été déçus de notre séjour. Bien que le personnel ait été charmant et le petit déjeuner copieux, la chambre n était pas confortable (pas de Clim en ce début de canicule, fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir, insonorisation insuffisante vis à vis des autres chambres, bruit fort intermittent toutes les heures (machinerie ?), robinetterie de la douche, pas de savon dans le distributeur de douche, une ampoule défaillante pour le lit parental). Contrairement à l annonce la réception n’était pas ouverte aux horaires indiqués sur internet. Pour les autres clients, merci de remédier à ces dysfonctionnements.

Hôtel très bien situé confortable et accueillant

Bonjour tout le monde j'ai trouvé l'hôtel très sympathique bien situé pas loin de la nationale... La chambre est jolie et propre et dispose d'un balcon et d'une double baie vitrée. Comme la chambre n'est pas climatisée vous avez à disposition un grand ventilateur. La literie est très confortable. Vous avez aussi un parking dans l'hôtel et le quartier semble calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Le personnel d'accueil est très aimable...je recommande cet hôtel pour ceux qu'ils veulent faire une pause sur la route. Il y a un ascenseur et une passerelle pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.👍😊

Problème horaire

Bien dans l’ensemble sauf horaire du petit-déjeuner à 7h30 le lundi alors qu’il était écrit 6h30 du lundi au vendredi. Dommage quand on a choisi cet hôtel en fonction de cela et mauvaise foi de l’hôtelier pour le reconnaître.

Hôtel pratique

Grande chambre au 1 er étage heureusement car l’ascenseur est annoncé en « congés » Donc accès aux étages à pieds ! Les restaurants est inexistant mais on nous propose des pizzas … malheureusement le four était éteint et il fallait 1 h pour le faire chauffer De nombreux restaurants autour , acces très facile,à 5 minutes de Nevers,personnel d’accueil très poli mais les Locaux,notement les moquettes ,pourraient être changée
