The flat is on the second (and last) floor in an house of few units. It consists of entrance, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft and 2 balconies with view on the main square and the church.

The first bathroom, with window, is equipped with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. The second (and private) bathroom is equipped with sink and toilet.



The Sweet Square flat is located in the center of Varenna and at only 150 meters from the parking, 400 meters from the train station of Varenna, with direct trains to and from Milan every hour, and 300 meters from the ferry that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and all the lake center
