Your holidays in a beautiful property

I invite you to discover my property, located in Varaville in Normandy, on the coast of the Channel. It is a house of 157 m2 in the middle of a closed and raised park of more than 7000 m2, in the middle of the country of Auge. Neighbor of the Varaville stud farm, it is surrounded by the swamps of the Dives, a region rich in flora and fauna. The beach is five minutes by car. Deauville and Caen are twenty minutes away.

Many leisure activities and activities are offered in the immediate vicinity: hiking and discovery outings, golf, fishing lakes, equestrian center, beach clubs, water sports or tennis ... Many museums are waiting for your visit and the D-Day beaches are a short drive away.

The house includes a basement with a garage, a storeroom and a summer kitchen. On the ground floor you will find a large living-dining room and a Moroccan style living room. The kitchen is independent and equipped open on a bright veranda. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes this space. Upstairs, the four bedrooms await you with five double beds, two single beds and a cot, not to mention the bathroom. The maximum capacity is twelve people.

Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful private pool, without any opposite.

It is a stay of quality in a haven of peace to which I invite you.

Nice house

We have rent this house last year for our holiday. The house is big and clean, there is alot of space and a very nice pool. We felt safe and the owner is a nice man that communicates fast. It was a great experience.

Bien mais ca aurait pu ĂȘtre mieux.

Belle propriĂ©tĂ© avec grand jardin. Dommage que celle-ci se trouve prĂšs d un carrefour trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©, la nuissance sonore et visuelle Ă©tait quand mĂȘme importante... Le jardin est spacieux et agrĂ©able. La piscine n est pas visible depuis la maison, nous n Ă©tions pas tranquil de laisser jouer notre grand sans surveillance (pas d alarme sur la piscine) La maison est chouette, agrĂ©able espace (mais nous n etions pas 12!), cuisine un peu Ă©troite et chouette veranda. La maison Ă©tait propre "en surface". Le nettoyage en profondeur devrait avoir lieu plus souvent (peut-ĂȘtre celui-ci Ă©tait prĂ©vu aprĂšs notre dĂ©part ?!?) Bcp de poussiĂšres au dessus du frigo, de la hotte, le carrelage qui colle au dessus de la cuisiniĂšre, bcp de toiles d araignĂ©e .... Nous voyagons avec notre bĂ©bĂ© comme indiquĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation mais a notre arrive la chaise haute n Ă©tait pas lĂ . Les propriĂ©taires ont ete tres reactif et sont venus l apporter le lendemain matin mais en l'Ă©tat meme pas rafraĂźchie...dommage... La climatisation annoncĂ©e sur l annonce est juste un VMI. C etait important pour nous de pouvoir avoir une maison fraĂźche pour notre bebe qui a vite chaud. Bref nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour mais il aurait pu ĂȘtre encore bien mieux moyennant quelques ajustements.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cette maison 4 nuits avec nos amis. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu par la propretĂ© de la maison. Le mĂ©nage n’est clairement pas fait rĂ©guliĂšrement. Nous avons du relaver Ă  la main toute la vaisselle en voyant des rĂ©sidus de nourriture. À l’arrivĂ©e nous avions Ă  disposition 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes avec uniquement quelques feuilles restantes sur chaque, 2 tablettes pour le lave vaisselle et un fond de produits pour se laver les mains dans chaque Sdb, pas de sel, ni de poivre 
 le minimum devrait ĂȘtre fourni pour dĂ©buter le sĂ©jour. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont passĂ©s et mĂ©riteraient d’ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©s. je me demande si les housses de couette sont lavĂ©es entre chaque location. Les salles de bain sont vieillottes et auraient besoin d’un rafraĂźchissement, le papier peint se dĂ©colle ainsi que dans certaines chambres. Nous Ă©tions responsables du mĂ©nage mais les ustensiles Ă  disposition Ă©taient sales pour bien nettoyer (balais et serpilliĂšre). L’aspirateur central a besoin d’un grand nettoyage des embouts. Cette maison est grande et sur un grand terrain mais pour rĂ©sumer elle n’est pas entretenue comme il se doit. Sa localisation est proche de cabourg et des plages mais trop prĂȘt d’une route et d’un carrefour qui peut parfois ĂȘtre bruyant.

Grande maison avec joli jardin , bien situé

Du fait d’une mĂ©tĂ©o dĂ©sastreuse , nous (10 personnes ) sommes beaucoup restĂ©s Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de la maison 
PiĂšces du rez de chaussĂ©e froides ( pas de chauffage ) , 1 salle de bain sur 2 inutilisable ( et WC dans les SDB ) ,lits non faits Ă  l’arrivĂ©e , pas assez de plats pour le four

Parfait pour un groupe d'amis

Nous avions trouvĂ© ce gite afin de nous rĂ©unir entre amis, afin de prĂ©parer un championnat de France de peche qui se dĂ©roulait Ă  Caen. Gite situĂ© idĂ©alement, en automne on ne profite pas de la piscine, mais bien amĂ©nagĂ© avec gout, et nous permettre de nous faire des barbecue, et ĂȘtre ensemble dans un endroit calme et rĂ©posant.

A corriger et plus honnĂȘte serait appreciable

Bon pour commencer la maison est magnifique l'accueil de Mr Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able on a passĂ© 2 jours important de le dire. Mais hĂ©las lors du dĂ©part donc Ă©tat des lieux voilĂ  que son Ă©pouse nous dit que la maison n'est pas propre et qu'il faut payer 90 euros pour le nettoyage. Cela fait 25 ans que je loue des maisons et jamais on m'a fait une tel remarque d'autant plus que en 2 jours on ne risquait pas de salir puis que on y dormaient seulement. De plus aucun matĂ©riels et produits Ă  notre disposition un vieux balais et une vieille serviette de toilette qui sert de serpilliĂšre pas de chiffons. Je suis dans le nettoyage depuis 16 ans. Alors mon djob je le connaĂźt trĂšs bien et j'ai rien Ă  apprendre de vous. Sachez que j'ai payĂ© les 90 euros ne voulant pas faire d'histoire car j'Ă©tais avec ma sƓur malade et la santĂ© de ma sƓur es bien plus importante. As j'oubliais le mĂ©nagĂ© Ă  Ă©tĂ© fait tout de mĂȘme j'avais des chiffons dans ma voiture je vends des prestations de mĂ©nage je gĂšres des chantiers des appartements du Airbnb ect.... et j'ai 5 Ă©toiles. J'ai payer 726 euros cpris le chauffage et quand on le demande on nous dit "Bonsoir, Ce n'Ă©tait pas prĂ©vu mais je viens de le mettre en route. La tempĂ©rature est Ă  19. Merci de veiller Ă  garder portes et fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es." Mis Ă  distance vous pourrez pas le mettre par vous mĂȘme sous contrĂŽle au bout de 2h Ă©teint et pour les serviettes de toilettes prenez les vĂŽtres y en a pas assez penser Ă  prendre aussi kit nettoyage papier toilette torchons liquide vaisselle pastille lave vaisselles enfin tout. Vraiment votre attitude madame est irrespectueuse et surtout revoyer votre communication et avant de jeter les effets oubliĂ© il serait agrĂ©able de prevenir d'autant que sa fesait a peine 1 h que nous avons quittĂ© les lieux. J'appelle sa un non respect vous devriez changer de mĂ©tier.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©minaire incroyable dans cette maison, tout s’est trĂšs bien passĂ© la maison est superbe, gros coup de cƓur gĂ©nĂ©ral pour la vĂ©randa, Merci au monsieur pour son accueil chaleureux et pour sa confiance, seul bĂ©mol, Votre conjointe est exĂ©crable, elle n’avait mĂȘme pas encore vu la maison qu’elle Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  froide et aucune sympathie, elle m’a vraiment rĂ©pondu avec dĂ©dain tout le long de l’état des lieux. J’avais une caution en votre possession j’ai prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© ne rien dire mais, madame, Pour qui vous prenez vous pour parler aux gens de la sorte ? MĂȘme ma propre mĂšre ne m’adresse pas la parole ainsi, on comptait revenir avec un grand plaisir parce que tout s’est vraiment bien passĂ© mais nous sommes des adultes, responsables, face Ă  vous, pas besoin de nous parler comme Ă  des enfants irrespectueux, sachant que toute remarque, nous avons immĂ©diatement rĂ©glĂ© le problĂšme quand il a Ă©tĂ© Ă©noncĂ© en s’excusant, ca a laissĂ© une note nĂ©gative sur notre dĂ©part hĂ©las alors que tout Ă©tait pour le mieux Encore merci monsieur pour tout et vous devriez songer Ă  faire l’état des lieux avec une personne capable d’au moins esquisser un sourire
