Pleasant stay at Hotel Dolphin International.

Stayed at Dolphin International for 2 nights. Hotel is very close to main spots of Kashi ... Godholia square, Dashashwamedh & Kashi Vishwnath temple. You can take e-riksha from the hotel to reach these location between 50-100 rupees. Driving car is not possible, hence e-riksha is the best option. Hotel staff if very supportive and always ready to help. You can take the help of Hotel travel deck to book darshan and visit to other place like Sarnath. Rooms are small but since the hotel is in heart of old city and close to ghats and Kashi temple so of the purpose of the visit is to get the darshan and visit ghats then a very nice place to stay.

Located close enough to all the old city to walk to the ghats. Spencers supermarket nearby. The manager quickly solved our initial problems. Nice, friendly staff. No bathtub. Breakfast is all Indian food. Dinner is excellent!

extreemely dirty, unsafe. fell in the bathroom because of the slime and dirty and there were no one to talk to talk to or to get help. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am surprised to see Expedia promoting this hotel. This is 0 no star hole in the wall hotel. I request Expedia to not promote this hotel any more.

Hotel was very loud. They have construction works ongoing the whole day. No information beforehand. Staff was not well organised to arrange a punctual transfer to the airport.

Absoltely terrible

On arrival we were told if we needed hot water for a shower we had to notify the front desk, yes really! I definately hate sceduling moring and evening showers on vacation. No towels, no tea,coffee etc etc. Anything you would expect you had to ask for. Also to clean the room each day. The bed is hard, infact solid. Pillos lumpy and dirty as were the bed sheets. Cleanliness in general was not on the agenda. How this has 4 stars is a mystery to me. One is being generous. This is way over priced and should be in the $25 bracket. The only good thing is the curtious staff and good attached restaurant where the food is good. What a shame this horrible place spoilt a nice stay in Varanasi. For western tourists look elsewhere.

ホテルの皆さんは、すべて礼儀正しく、やさしい。 シャワーのお湯もすぐに出て、勢いも素晴らしい。 隣に併設されているレストランのスタッフも素晴らしい。 どの料理も美味しく、ボリューム満点です。 食べきれなかった料理は、丁寧にパックしてくれました。 またワラーナシーに旅行する際は泊まりたい。

It's location is very good. We had checked out only 2 hours after the scheduled check-out time, but the hotel charged us extra 1000 bucks for this. We didn't like it at all.

Very courteous and hospitable staff, we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom. AC was in good condition. Staff doesn’t keep bothering or disturbing guests. We loved the food at the restaurant, simple yet very tasty. Overall very happy with the experience. The location is a big plus, all ghats and imp sites are very close to this hotel. Access to rickshaw is easy so hassle free to go around the area.
