Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
Pool was cold, hot tub was mid warm, no jets, staff were confusing at check in, parking was confusing, beds were small, gift shop was closed the whole time, restaurant staff were excellent.

The facility is aging and it shows from the lobby washroom to the room . That said, I think staff did the maintenance to a degree.
