Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
So the was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The issue is it’s was $360 for a room that I can barely turn around in. Also, the gym was not open when I woke up at 6am to go use it. Every hotels gym is 24 hours.

River Rock Casino Resort
One elevator was out of service and the escalator smelled like hydraulic fluid, from the 3rd floor to the lobby. The place is due for a refresh, furniture is dated and our room looked a little tired.
