Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
"Sliding glass door to outside did not lock. Toilet stopped working after one flush. Front desk was not helpful. Manager promised a $50 credit to my card. Did not do it. Very disappointed in this hotel. Great location for cruise ships but there are other hotels nearby."
