"Well done---simple, basic , not complicated and as expected. I used the location as a base by which to explore the mountains. Close to some excellent restaurants in Bormeo and elsewhere. BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the room Breakfast cosi cosi, but OK. And at the end, the owner gave me excellent advice and directions to get to my next stop--and it wasn't easy--maps and GPS don't quite do the job in that area. Well done"

"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. "Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access. "

"We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will definitely stay there again. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had our bikes with us and there is a safe space to store and set up the bikes. Also, the Kellar steakhouse underneath is a massive bonus!"

Ambiance was amazing and they picked us up from the train station Staff was excellent Dario showed us around right from check in and Mira was so helpful during our stay.
