The property is located in the center of an area famous for: the cities of art (Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, Ravenna, Parma, Mantua, Verona), for the renowned Emilian cuisine (pasta-tortellini, lasagna, tagliatelle; cured meats and hams, traditional balsamic vinegar, wines, etc.), for engines (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Ducati, Pagani Zonda). In addition to this, in the surroundings, you will have the opportunity to practice your favorite sports: cyclotourism with the possibility of renting bikes, jogging in nature, golf (2 courses at 5 and 15 minutes), horseback riding (riding stables at 500 meters), archery (shooting range in the country at 300 meters).
