"Please note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect these times. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please be aware that the building does not have an elevator. Street parking is available, but please pay attention to local parking regulations. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and free Wi-Fi for your convenience. The kitchen includes essential appliances like a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. For any questions or assistance during your stay, please contact me through the platform messaging system.



Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required via a credit card pre-authorization in an amount ranging from €300 to €1,500 depending on the property, including for guests regardless of the booking platform

• You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete the check-in process

• At that time, you will be asked to register your credit card for the security deposit

• If we are unable to secure the deposit, access to the property will not be granted
