"We was staying just after Christmas over the New Year’s weekend. We had an amazing experience within this beautiful place and Chamonix overall. Clean, tidy well organised. "An enjoyable stay at the Hotel Lyret during the "off season." The front desk staff were helpful and cheerful. The room offered spectacular views of the surrounding snow-capped hills and Mont Blanc. The hotel features a small spa that can be booked for sauna and steam-room sessions. A small pool and welcoming outdoor area offer skiers and outdoor enthusiasts respite depending on the season. A breakfast area, fireplace, and comfy seating are on offer to guests."

"Apartment lovely with beautiful views, however when booked it stated there was a cafe and patisserie and bar on site, all these were closed as it was seasonal. This was not made clear. There were no staff on site, any issues had to be dealt with via email. The rental company for the apartment were very good. They had provided essential amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated. The main issue we had that we booked expecting there to be places that we could purchase food."
