"The house, though not state of the art, was okay. Everything we needed was available. The rooms are spacious as the kitchen is. The garden was so beautiful. We couldn't stop watching (we were at the right time I suppose). Flowers were still blooming and there was an abbundance of fruit and vegetables we were allowed to use. This and the absolute silence was overwhelming.The environment of the estate is beautiful and quiet as well. Ghislaine is a very nice host. Present when needed. "

"Stayed here with my family and my brothers (4 adults and 5 children in total ages 7-15). We had a really great time. The facilities include a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, petanque and a nice BBQ. It was perfect place for us all to spend time together. The pool is a little too deep for very small children to stand in (maybe 1.2m deep) BUT there is a small shelf around the sides just below the waterline which I think makes it a great pool to learn to swim in. With arm bands or a float jacket a small child could easily get in and out and at only around 4m across width ways it's a good distance for a small child to attempt their first swim going from shelf to shelf. There is a large washing machine and dryer for your clothes and plenty of cooking equipment. From here we visited Puy De Fou, Terra Botanica and Nantes (to see the castle and Les Machines). We had a great time on all three trips. We really enjoyed staying here. It was about a 6 hour drive from the Eurotunnel terminal in Calais. "

"After an initial mix up which was soon rectified we found our room in the hotel block, it was quiet, a good size and spotlessly clean but basic, no storage, no aircon and quite drab. Not quite a comfort plus room. The whole place is an unusual missmash of concrete buildings with the hotel block Incorporated into a seminar/educational course institute. We were woken at 6.30am by a loudhailer calling runners to a race start. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and resolved the mix up. Ok for a nights stopover. "

"Very cute hotel with amazingly friendly staff. My only complaint is that "air condition" is not truly air conditioning, and in the heat of summer it was quite hot in the room."
