Villa Acacia

The villa is located in the beautiful holiday park Les Rives des L'Ardeche, near the small river l'Ardeche. The cozy village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a short distance from the park, here you will find all kinds of facilities. At the resort you can use the communal outdoor pool and tennis courts free of charge. The villa is situated on a spacious plot of 1000m2.

Open and comfortable living room with large sofas, television with Dutch channels and DVD player. Dining room with dining area with six chairs and double sliding doors to terrace outside. Bright kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, ceramic hob and combi oven.
Four bedrooms all with two single beds, two bathrooms, one with bath, shower and sink and one with shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
The villa has wifi internet and air-conditioning in all bedrooms.

Outside:
Large private garden with terrace, lounge set and gas barbecue, terrace with garden furniture. The villa is close to the communal swimming pool in the park. At the villa you have the opportunity to park 2 - 3 cars on site. Carport with generous driveway and storage.

Mooi huis in een mooie omgeving

Genoten van een heerlijke vakantie. Want wat een groot, mooi en fijn huis is dit. Wij gingen met ons eigen gezin (twee kinderen) en mijn zus en zwager gingen ook mee. Wij vieren hadden de benedenverdieping en zus en zwager hadden boven hun eigen verdieping. Beiden hadden we een eigen badkamer en wc, dus alle privacy. De woonkamer en keuken zijn groot, waardoor we alle ruimte hadden. En de bedden sliepen heerlijk, zeker ook door de luiken in de slaapkamer waardoor het heerlijk donker was. Als de kinderen ’s avonds in bed lagen, trokken wij op het grote terras een fijne fles wijn open. Wat een ontspanning. De televisie in de woonkamer heeft ook Nederlandse zenders, maar het was toen wij er zaten veel te warm om binnen te zitten. De tv heeft dus amper aangestaan (heel soms voor de kinderen). Het huis heeft geen eigen zwembad, maar het gezamenlijke zwembad ligt pal voor de deur. Druk is het daar nooit, dus het voelde als een eigen zwembad. En voor de kinderen was het juist veilig dat dit zwembad niet in de tuin lag. In de omgeving is voldoende te doen. De Ardeche is een leuke streek om met het gezin vakantie te vieren. Met veel natuurschoon. Je kunt natuurlijk naar het beroemde Pont d'Arc bij Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Een mooi strandje en het is er adembenemend mooi (je kunt er ook kanoën. Het dorpje Vallon Pont d’Arc is ook een aanrader. Leuke winkeltjes en barretjes en op een plein stond een leuke draaimolen voor de kinderen. In de omgeving zijn ook diverse markten die leuk zijn om te bezoeken. Kortom, wij hebben echt genoten en komen zeker terug in deze mooie vakantievilla.
