In the heart of a century-old park of over 4000 m2, a splendid charming gite completely restored in a former historic residence.

Very quiet environment yet in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc.

The cottage is on the ground floor, oriented fully SOUTH/NORTH, with a 50m2 living room facing a vaulted terrace of 20m2 with a plancha. Magnificent view of the pool, the village, and the Vallon castle.

Direct access to the pool from a staircase leading to the beach.

You will also have access to a pool house near the pool, located in an old vaulted cellar, allowing you to have lunch with the feeling of being right by the water.

The 9.60m x 3.60m pool features a wellness area with a hot tub and counter-current swimming.

High-end amenities, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, a beautiful equipped kitchen, open with a dining area, a guest toilet, and the large adjoining terrace.
The cottage is cross-ventilated and has a closed garden with a well, olive tree, bistro corner, and flea market space.
On the ground floor, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom overlooking the inner courtyard.

On the upper floor, there is a second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a large mezzanine with a shared toilet. The mezzanine can also serve as a TV room, with a game console, books, and games for the children.
