Villa Lavande is a wonderful villa, located at the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, near the entrance of the park. On the park there is a large communal swimming pool, and you can use the tennis courts. The park is located on the river Ardèche, near the charming village of Vallon Pont d'Arc. By car you are in the centre of the village in three minutes. If you stroll through the authentic streets and take a seat on one of the many terraces, you will find yourself in the middle of the typical French culture. For nature lovers, Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche is a perfect base.



Both bedrooms are twin bedrooms.

Well-equipped villa for up to 4 people. All rooms are located on the ground floor. Spacious and attractively furnished living room with separate sitting and dining area and an open kitchen that is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, oven, and other equipment, so you will not have lack on anything. The villa also has a washing machine and WiFi internet. Two bedrooms with single beds and air conditioning. Bathroom with bath and shower (in bath), sink and toilet. Separate toilet is located in the hall.



Outside:

The villa has a covered terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine in this region! Private pool (8 x 3.5 m) with Roman stairs offers you the necessary cooling in the hot summer months! In addition to beautiful borders, the garden also has a fine lawn. You can park your car in the shade under the carport.

This villa is located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find several communal facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use free of charge.

Prima vakantie adres voor Ardeche

Nederlandse beheerders. Mooie opzet. Prima woningen compleet ingericht incl. Prive zwembad. We misten alleen de handdoeken en toiletpapier maar dat hebben altijd mee in reserve. T was een rustige maand. Beheerd/ster had al in de ochtend contact dus dat was prima geregeld. Korte vakantie dus alle dagen tour oa het unesco museum waar oa prehistorische grotschilderingen 1:1 nagebouwd. Een hele klus. Vakantie huis bezoeken we waarschijnlijk volgend jaar weer.
