IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a two-bedroom house (T3) located in the Odalys Les Sources de Manon residence, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.

We invite you to discover this well-maintained, air-conditioned house, which sleeps six.

You can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-April).

The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa bed (2 x 80 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a terrace.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.

Parking, TV, and a washing machine are available.

Be charmed by all the amenities of this residence and its proximity to the Ardèche Gorges, the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, and its tourist attractions. End-of-stay cleaning not included. Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are not included and are available as optional extras.

La ville et la région est super mais le point négatif de mes vacances on était l'hébergement, tout d'abord on nous accueille a une agence immobilière pas d'état des lieux en notre présence pas de présentation de la résidence ou de l'hébergement. Ensuite le nettoyage. Poussière. Vaisselle mal faite . Pas de lumière dans les WC ... ... Hébergement à éviter

Plutôt pas mal

Appartement correspondant à l'annonce mais un peu bruyant car proche de la route derrière ( véhicules, motos, chiens bruyants) Accueil par agence très moyen. Il nous ont appelés deux fois sur la route ( nous avions 900Kms) pour connaitre heure d'arrivée alors que nous avions donné une semaine avant entre 17 et 18 h et nos sommes arrivées à 17h10. Ils n'ont pas pu nous donner la rue de la résidence mais seulement son nom et nous avons du chercher un peu et en plus le code portail n'était pas bon . Nous avons du attendre que quelqu'un sorte. et après 900Kms, on n'a pas aimé. En plus, personel de l'agence pas rès aimable....

excellent séjour

Très bon séjour à la résidence les sources de Manon, logement très bien agréable piscine chauffée, la résidence est située à proximité du centre ville et des gorges de l'Ardèche, beaucoup de choses à voir.
