Charming Mountain Village House - 80 square meters

  • Living, in peace and sun, in an authentic house from the end of the nineteenth century nestled in a mountain village at an altitude of fifteen hundred and fifty metres, facing the ski area of the Valloire ski resort. The house is located in the village of Le Col, a village located two five hundred kilometres north of the resort and its snow front. A shuttle bus operates during all summer and winter seasons to make the link between the village and the resort. A private garden is accessible, an intimate place out of sight, decorated with a wooden terrace, with benches and table.
    The house, converted into a duplex, offers, on the ground floor, a toilet (toilet + sink), a living room-kitchen set, a bedroom (bed 160x200) and its bathroom (sink + bath). Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, a large one of 20 m² with a bed of 160x200, a smaller one of 9 m² with beds of 140x190, you will also find a bathroom (sink, toilet and "walk-in" shower).

Ma famille et moi avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans cette maison à Le Col, dans le Valloire. Les propriétaires ont été attentifs à nos besoins et ont aidé à résoudre nos doutes. Globalement le gîte est agréable et rien ne manque.Chauffage très performant. Joli douche à l'italienne à l'étage mais avec très petite quantité d'eau chaude disponible ( pour 1 personne seulement)Heureusement,baignoire avec douche au rdc.2 points difficiles:Pas assez de places de parking, obligé de se garer à plusieurs centaines de mètres.Autre point :accès très difficile à pied à la maison, aucun déneigement.

Maison surprenante car un peu rustique, mais très bien équipée et intelligemment agencée. On s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Un point important, l'étage est accessible avec une échelle (comme pour un grenier), mais avec une deuxième salle de bain en haut, c'est bien pensé et nos ados étaient ravies! La maison est idéalement placée à quelques minutes de tous les commerces.

Bon séjour dans cette petite maison atypique ou on se sent bien ; par contre la trappe de montée à l'étage nécessiterait peut-être une sécurité supplémentaire en haut à l'aide d'une rambarde ou d'un garde-corps ; idem pour se maintenir à la descente surtout pied-nu ..Tous les ustensiles étaient présents et on se sentait comme chez nous

L'annonce est trop bien faite ....

1 salle de bain avec un unique acces par 1 chambre alors qu'il y a 3 chambres dans le logement 2 chambres à l'etage avec un accès périlleux.... 1 ballon d'eau chaude avec une capacité limitee...dommage pour le dernier qui prendra sa douche... Pas de bouteille de gaz de reserve...quand elle est vide et que vous preparez le repas du soir...vous etes tres content Pour faire bref ce n'est pas catastrophique mais vos vacances sont un peu gâchée. Ce logement ne doit pas être votre premier choix ...

Confortable maison de montagne, calme et équipée

Nous sommes venus pour le salon de Valloire. A peine 10 min de route et au moins nous étions au calme. Le propriétaire est venu pour l'arrivée et le départ. Je recommande.
