Gite on 3 levels in the house including 2 accommodations (owners and studio + bedroom rented year-round). Independent access: entrance hall. 1st floor: living room-kitchen area (pellet stove with manual recharging), corner balcony, a bedroom (2 single bunk beds and 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) with a bathroom (bathtub and 2 sinks ), Separate WC. 2nd floor: 2 attic bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 of which can be twinned into 1 double bed 180 x 190 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm; 1 single bed), a mezzanine converted into a lounge area with a television (2 single beds), a bathroom (shower and WC). Total floor area: 109 m² including sloping ceilings. Private outdoor area (ping-pong table, trampoline, garden furniture). Washing machine and dryer in the garage on the ground floor which also allows you to store skis and bicycles. Private parking for 3 cars. This chalet, located 1 km from the resort center and shops, allows families or friends to get together for a weekend or a stay. The mezzanine is converted into a relaxation area with a television, games and books, to the delight of children! Not forgetting the trampoline and ping-pong, installed outside in the summer. During the tourist seasons, a shuttle is available to facilitate your travels. Overlooking the road to the mythical Col du Galibier, fans of the Petite Reine will have a ringside seat to cheer on the Tour de France riders! Otherwise, the balcony and the garden offer a breathtaking view of the village of Valloire and the surrounding mountains.

Great stay

We had a great time during our stay in Valloire. The house was beautiful, especially the view! Valloire is a nice city and the surroundings give a lot of possibilities for nice walks with amazing views.
