Ground level entrance from the car park (level 0) into the living room-kitchen (high bar for 4 people and table for 10) lounge area (CanalSat with HDMI socket, radios), separate WC, terrace. 1st floor: a bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200) with bathroom (shower and WC), with 2 windows, 1 of which is second day overlooking the living room. Garden level (level -1): 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm each) with bathroom (shower and WC), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 cm) with shower, 2 bedrooms including 1 without opening to the outside (4 single bunk beds / 1 double bed), a bathroom (bathtub), separate WC. Located on the heights of the village, in a residential area, a few steps from shops and other amenities (or shuttle service), this chalet stands out for its location and its panoramic terrace. Brand new construction, the decoration and quality of the materials give an atmosphere of modernity and comfort. All the shutters are electric and the vacuum is centralized. In addition to the garage, 4 private parking spaces are located 50 m away. The terrace, the enchanted room! This landscaped space is an invitation to relaxation and contemplation. Valloire, resort-village will be able to offer you many activities to satisfy young and old. The ideal place to have a good time with family or friends!
