Outside, there is a wooded garden, a covered terrace with a table for 10, a swimming pool with a cover, and a robotic pool cleaner. The house is located in a village with all amenities: bakery, butcher, caterer, pharmacy, doctor, and dentist. We are 20 km from Annecy and 20 km from Aix-les-Bains (30-minute drive). There are many attractions in Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. The Gorges du Fier, Montrottier Castle, and the Jardin Secret are all within 6 km. You will have a wonderful time in this historic home.
