"The hotel seemed to be situated in a great area for shopping and dining. We were incredibly pleased with this hotel. Actually, we would choose to stay in a Drury Inn every time we travel were it possible. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I cannot say enough good things about this property. We truly enjoyed the "Kickback", and the ladies that cooked and served. This was an exceptional stay on our journey."

"Clean quiet rooms with a lot of space. The hotel offers a lot of wonderful cooking utensils to borrow free of charge! Everything worked well in the room. There are also 2 grills available for cooking food outside in a gazebo. Loved that! The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with! The exercise room had broken equipment so we didn’t use it much. Many people in the hotel smoke one thing or another inside their rooms and it’s STRONG! The bathroom in our room had mold growing in it and much of the popcorn ceiling was falling off. "

"Clean, quiet, and comfortable condo with a fantastic location. Situated in a quiet development surrounded by green fields, the condo provides a relaxing feel, just a few short minutes away from Jordan Creek center and many other venues. The garage is located directly across from the building and there is plenty of on site parking for additional guests. The hosts provided easy access to digital check in and check out instructions. Highly recommend considering this property for any visit to West Des Moines! "

"Apartment was a nice size, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We’re not able to get either of the tvs to work. "

"I ended up having a mouse in the apartment, it pooped in a lot of the kitchen cabinets where dishes were stored. The problem was never properly addressed. When maintenance did come in they let them selves in with no warning and came when I wasn’t there. One walked in while I was home and was naked about to get in the shower and I had to run and get my robe and stop him from entering. They were given the keyless entry code. This is very unsafe and scary as I travel alone. The host also kept charging me cleaning fees and the apartment was not cleaned in between my weekly bookings. And he refused to answer my messages about a refund! Do not stay with any of his vrbos!!!! "
