This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is a very nice hotel. Has everything I would look for in a hotel. Shopping and dining right across the street. They also have a good breakfast.

Clean, quiet and decent family stay

This hotel was inan awesome area if you are coming from out of state. All shopping dining needs are met here. The staff semmed to be lacking, I felt bad for the two people I did see trying to keep up with all the customer service. Pool area was clean, exercise facility was nice. Bed super comfy and it was nice to have a separate room from the living space. There were cosmetic flaws we noticed in the bathroom and kitchen but nothing major. The dirty pullout bed and trying to call someone to get it cleaned was probably the only frustrating part of the trip so that was good.

Just okay.

The location was very convenient and the bed was very comfortable. However, there were two lights burnt out in my room and the shower water never got hot. The room looked a bit tired and smelled dusty. I stayed for four nights. My linens and towels got refreshed once and the kitchen was not tended to at all.

The room was overall pretty clean. The suite part had a dirty coffee cup and the couch had crumbs all over it. The pool was dirty. There was hair floating around and it had an oily sheen to it. The hot tub didn't work. I told the front desk and they said it was reset and warming up but it didnt seem to be. Breakfast was a very small area and if you want a waffle, be prepared to wait for 10 minutes to get it as there was 1 waffle maker. Eggs did not taste real and all of the food on warmers was cold.

All is good with our room but the shower only has one sliding door. Did not notice until we were all in and done with the pool and ready to take showers. Needless to say we ended up with a small pond after cleaning up 2 children. The pool seems like it has a little algae build up on the bottom and the hot tub says out of commission.
