Find a Great Motel Valley Park

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, attentive friendly servers. Room was clean. Only concern , the body wash makes the floor of the tub very slick. As a 65 yo with a recent knee replacement, it was concerning. "

"Clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast and evening reception a plus. Only complaint we had - upon arrival (we did get in late due to travel) we waited over 20 minutes at the front desk before we were helped. Employee came from outside so not sure what was going on but that was frustrating and something I have never experienced before when traveling."

"Family and I stayed for a quick trip to St. Louis. The property is easy to get in and out of which is a plus. It was less than twenty minutes to everywhere we wanted to be which was also good. The place was clean, staff friendly and overall a pleasant place to stay. My only issue was that on the Saturday we were checking out breakfast didn’t start until 0700 which was around the time we were heading out. Regardless, we’ll stay again the next time we’re in St. Louis. "

"One would think, due to its location in Kirkwood, the place would have a higher standard of cleanliness. but property is full of cig-butts and crack pipes. The elevator is super slow and dirty and The TV guide was awful to work and confusing."

"This was an average property. It was in close proximity to The Dome, which was the purpose of our stay. As a frequent traveler, I felt the price and fees for one night, were high. Also, I received an additional charge after our stay, late in the evening, which was not reflected on our statement. Needless to say, we will be selecting a different hotel during our next visit to St. Louis. "

"The hotel was great. I love the options to dine at the hotel. The brewery had amazing food with great staff and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The front staff were all polite and friendly. The hotel store was open early and late which was very convenient. The area was also pleasant and had a lot to do within walking distance and it felt safe. "

"We booked this hotel for the vicinity to the Dome and for the known chain name. There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend: Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle 3 elevators but only 1 was working We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad"
