"Our stay in downtown Des Moines was for an entire week. This Kasa rental worked very well for us. It was nice having the extra things like kitchen, laundry, living room, game room, etc. that you don't get staying in a hotel. Our room was located in a noisy spot. We heard the garage doors open and close often. We were also awakened by the garage pickup. Still, it was a good value and great location for us."

"My wife and I had another great stay at this hotel. It has so many nice amenities. We didn’t have time to use the pool area this time but have enjoyed it in the past. The staff is very friendly and always asking if you need anything. The rooms are comfy and quiet. Great light blocking shades when you want to sleep in. Everything is very clean and maintained well. And the daily breakfast included has lots of options, and the food is aways fresh. I definitely recommend staying here. "
"This is our second time staying here. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The details in the decor are unique and well designed. The bed and bedding is comfortable. I love the lobby, large and spacious with lots of seating options for gatherings small or large.
Great restaurant, Proudfoot and Bird with a bar that has great happy hour from 2-6 daily. The happy hour has great food options, not so much for drinks on special.
The HOBNob restaurant for breakfast is ok, but service there is slow.
Will definitely stay there again.
Great price for the quality of the hotel.

"We didn’t stay here for a vineyard. We were doing a trade show and needed a quiet place with a kitchen. Absolutely wonderful location that was just what we needed."
Spacious 5-bedroom house in welcoming West Des Moines with AC
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at this newly renovated home! It was perfectly set up for two families, with abundant rooms and beds to comfortably accommodate everyone. The spacious yard was a huge hit for the kids, and the central location made it easy to drive to various restaurants and bars."
"Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient."
"This was a great place to stay in Des Moines. We were staying for a night for a concert and it was the perfect little apartment for us. Apartment was clean and super easy for check in. Had everything we could need and I will definitely look to stay here again for future trips to Des Moines!!"
