"This is our second time staying here. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The details in the decor are unique and well designed. The bed and bedding is comfortable. I love the lobby, large and spacious with lots of seating options for gatherings small or large. Great restaurant, Proudfoot and Bird with a bar that has great happy hour from 2-6 daily. The happy hour has great food options, not so much for drinks on special. The HOBNob restaurant for breakfast is ok, but service there is slow. Will definitely stay there again. Great price for the quality of the hotel. "

"There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. "

"This place isn’t actually through VRBO so you have to do extra work to upload all your personal identification. VRBO just charges a finder fee basically. If saying there, I would just go to their site. You have to be fully vetted with them once you purchase. Also can’t use VRBO credits. They were very easy to communicate with though. Expect road noise and plan to sleep with white noise. "
